Adana Kebab


Adana Kebeb is a long, minced kebab mounted on a wide iron skewer and grilled on an open mangal over braizing charcoals. It is named after Adana, the fifth largest city of Turkey, in the Eastern part of the Mediterranean region.

Lahmacun



Lahmacun: "meat with dough," is an item of prepared food originating in the early Turkish cuisine of the Levant, consisting of a round, thin soft piece of dough topped with spicy sauce and minced meat and parsley. Lahmacun is often served sprinkled with lemon juice and wrapped around vegetables, including pickles, tomatoes, pepperes, onions, lettuce, and parsley.

  • Turkey Humus Veggie: lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, green pepper, feta cheese, provolone cheese, sliced deli Turkey meat, humus, and vinaigrette dressing.
